But insurance can be added to items under $40 with request from buyer.buyer is responsible to file insurance claims via USPS, if package arrives broken or damaged, due to USPS's new policies the broken or damaged package has to be present when f...iling claims. If it is under 40$ and insurance is not requested from buyer, I will not be responsible to refund purchase for broken or lost item/items.
There will be no sales tax charged to cost of item, unless the buyer lives in, and/or is getting package shipped to a New Jersey address.
