Hello, up for sale is an Antique Sheet Music Book of Songs That Never Grow Old. It was published by Syndicate Publishing Company copy-wright 1909/1913. The book measures 9 7/8" x 7 1/4" x 1 1/8" and has 256 pages (which includes a one page Foreword by The Publishers, a 2 page Alphabetical Index of all songs, a 2 page listing of all songs by genre (home songs, love songs, college songs, hymns and sacred songs, patriotic songs, familiar songs from operas, and national songs of the ...principal foreign nations) and 250 pages of songs with music.) There are 14 pages of photos of singing celebrities which include Enrico Caruso, Geraldine Farrar, Antonio Scotti, Emma Calve, Emma Eames, and many more. National songs include: Austria, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Russia, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, and Wales. The green cloth cover boards have corner wear and slightly soft, and there is wear near the spine on the inside with pages attempting to separate. The front cover board has some staining/marks shown in photo. Some pages are loose but all are in good condition (not yet separating). There is a mark (unknown) on the lead in page (shown in photo), which appears to have bled through to the page that notes the copy-wright date (also shown on photo). Edges of the pages are beginning to yellow, but this book is in fair condition for being over 100 years old. Please feel free to message me with any questions that you may have about the item.
