Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely antique Art Nouveau period green glass perfume, dresser or toiletries bottle with elaborate American .999 Sterling Silver overlay decoration by the Alvin Company silversmiths. The bottle has beautiful dark green coloration in the glass with elaborate silver overlay decoration in a floral and vine design with original matching stopper. Has fancy engraved monogr...am on center cartouche "A.E.P.". he silver is marked on bottom rim "Patented G31, .999/1000" with trademark stamp for the Alvin Silver Company. The bottle measures (with stopper inserted) 6" high, has a maximum width of 3", with the top opening being 5/8" in diameter. Weighs 10.6 ounces.The bottle and stopper are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The silver overlay is also in excellent condition with no noted damage. There is some faint residue on the bottom interior of the bottle that we have not tried to remove. We are always happy to combine packing to save on shipping charges.
