Although this is not marked it was part of a large collection of antique German dolls I purchased at an estate sale. This one has a great painted face and other than the arms reminds me of a frozen Charlie. He is in very good condition, no chips and fairly clean. It looks like his arms have been redone with white string.Please see photos and ask if you have any questions!
