Here is another vintage watch I am proud to offer. This is a very clean Men's Gruen Precision Calendar Swiss made watch that dates back to the early 1950's. The gold tone case measures 32.6 mm wide not including the crown and has 11/16 inch turtle leg lugs. The case is ribbed and looks great. There is min...or wear on this case, but it is minor. Stainless steel case back. Look at the SIGNED dial on this Gruen Calendar watch!! I really believe this dial is original and is marked SWITZERLAND at the bottom. Has clean gold applied hour markers with matching gold sword hands. Has a sunken seconds register at the 6 o'clock position. There is an extra red center sweep second hand which points to the 1-31 day outer chapter ring. There is a day and month window below the 12 o'clock position. Small size pin recessed pushers on the case edge advance the month and date settings. The crystal is very clean. This is a nice clean Gruen Precision Calendar watch. I hope the next owner will appreciate this watch. There is a new 18 mm brown leather strap attached with a S/S deployment clasp. Still sold as-is and as found. Sold as-is and as described.
