Up for auction is a 1946 DeWald antique tube radio model A-502 in gorgeous swirl maroon Catalin case with carrot grill louvers and upper slide rule dial.This is a 5 tube AM radio with internal loop antenna and two rotary controls for on/off/volume and tuning. Radio was recapped, all tubes tested and replaced as needed, controls cleaned and lubed.New dial light and external antenna for better sensitivity were installed.AM reception is good.
