A fine Hardy Bros, Alnwick 3” 7/8 The St Johncontracted fly reel presented in great original condition. With correct ribbedbrass foot, ebonite handle, duplicated Mk II check mechanism, three screwlatch, right hand wind, rim mounted tension adjuster and retaining good darkleaded finish. This reel, which dates from the 1930’s and stamped with maker’sinitial “T.A.G”, bears the previous owner’s neatly engraved initials tofaceplate and stamped to rear with maker’s name, addres...s, model and patentinformation.
