Vintage Geib York Boxwood Flute 1820s Maiden Lane Baroque Antique

Hello.Available is a vintage Geib flute.Please take a look at the picturesand ask questions as I don't know much
about these. From what I gather, thiswould be from around the 1820's. It is
three sections. It seems that the ivory trim is missing off one end. Another
section of the ivory has a crack as pictured.The writing is extremely difficult toread, but all three sections have Geibmarkings. It looks like one has GeibNew York and the other two have the 23Maiden Lane New Yo...rk markings. Again, it's difficult to read and there couldbe other markings I couldn't pick out.
The action on the keys are fine in general.The pads are old. It looks like there maybe one crack as pictured. The surface comesout a touch, so perhaps it was filled inpreviously. You will see some white markingson one section. It is residue from somemasking tape and I didn't want to usethe incorrect solvent to remove it.The length is about 24 inches.
