There seems to be no dirt or scratches on the lenses. I see the compass on the bottom when I look thru the lenses, but it does not move ( I don't know if it suppose to or not). The light does not come on w...hen I press the button (maybe it needs a battery, I don't know). I am selling this item AS IS. Please bid accordingly. Holly
