****This is a very nice signed document by Harry S. Truman, dated 1952. It is appointing a new Postmaster for the US postal system, and shows the proper United States Post seal. It has the Postmaster General's signature in pencil, with President Truman's in a very fine black ink. This document looks to have been folded into 10 vertical sections, and as such, it does have creases throughout. There is very mild edge toning, and is otherwise in excellent condition.
