Signed by President Coolidge and Postmaster General Harry S. New with Official Seal Affixed. Stamped in red ink on reverse upper left corner with date "July,... 10 1928." All original, not trimmed or folded. Extremely Fine Condition. President Coolidge spent the summer of 1927 here in the Black Hills at the State Game Lodge, the "Summer White House, " and was acquainted with Albert and his father, Gotlieb Zeitner.
