Up for your consideration is a vintage 1930's Reverse Painting souvenir from the 1st Annual Fair in Red Lion, PA. Compliments of Noah C Stabley-General Woodworking Shop. There is some staining on the paper on the back as well as some rips around the edges. Painting has a few defects. Sold as is. See pics for measurements.
