I do send all packages as gifts and I will declare a low value to help you through customs but if you have to pay import tax that is down to you as a the buyer, not me as the seller. Also remember the ebay estimate times are estimates only. If the item is delayed in the post there are many reasons for this which are all out of my control. If you need the item quickly I would recommend paying £10 for international signed. Please remember there are long delays at customs at the moment.
South American BuyersSouth America is the only place that must pay tracking if they like to purchase items from my store. People in south america are responsible for paying tax to receive their parcel. The seller is not responsible for this the buyer is, due to buyers refusing to pay this and then opening false item not received cases I have had to remove free shipping to all south american countries, the tracking costs £10 for every 6 auctions purchased. If you have good trading history with me and I know you there will be no charge of tracking and you will receive free shipping.
