They are each decorated with the 12 sides of the zodiac before a salmon ground. The main two medallions containing classical figures before a dark rouge ground. They date C1880.

vase 1: Finial re-fixed on cover. On handle with hairline. Numerous light stress lines merging into crazing. Occasional fault to relief. Chip to socle. Small chips to corners.
Vase 2: Cover repaired and lacking finial. One handle repaired. Numerous light stress lines merging into crazing. Occasional fault to relief. Hairlines & stress cracks to base.
