Very nice open pontiled bitters bottle for bid! It has eight uneven sides and stands 6 1/2" tall. The lip is flared and intact with no chips or any sort of damage. Embossed on the two wide sides from top to bottom is S.O. / RICHARDSON'S and SOUTH / READING. Embossed on the two narrow sides is BITTERS an READING. Bottle is fairly clean but does have a little inside stain in the shoulder area. On the S.O. RICHARDSON'S side there is some scuffing I pres...ume from where the bottle may have laid. I would imagine a light tumble would make those areas disappear but that is all that keeps this bottle from being mint.
