Vintage F.W. Muller Cast Iron Child's Toy Sewing, Machine Germany,
The model No. of the machine is listed on the plate but I can't quite read it without sanding down the plate.  
The wheel moves freely but definitely shows it's an antique over 100 years old. One foot has been repaired but is as solid as can be. Wish I could see the life it has lived! 
 Needs a little TLC but a fun antique piece!
