Victorian Mantle Lusters Blue Opaline Hand Blown Glass Antique Blue Candle Holders
This beautiful hand blown Mantle Luster is free from chips or cracks, it is a robin's egg blue. The tapered stem is hollow and the top edge is ruffled.
There are 8 2 piece prisms or lustres that hang from the bowl of the lamp. They can be removed for cleaning. I will remove them before shipping. Some of the prisms have some tiny chips and notice in the... last photo that some of the points have been broken off. After saying this, I want to say that when it piece is sitting on a mantle it is not noticeable at all. I believe that all the lustres are original to the piece.
The bottom has a pontil mark. The metal wire pieces that the lustres to the bowl are permanently attached.
They measure 9" tall and the bottom is 3 3/4" diameter. The lustres are 5" long.
