Super find !!! This is a J&B Tackle Co. 5 Hook Sugar Creek Surface Minnow New in Box ! The bait is in Frog Finish and it's in Excellent Condition !!! The frog is 3-3/4" long, has glass eyes and it is bright and shiny. The Frog Box is in Excellent condition as well. Please see pictures and determine condition for yourself.
