33 inch GADGET CANE PROHIBITION ERA, guessing 1920'S TO 1933 with a HIDDEN FLASK and extra secret compartment in the (brass?) handle. I can't speak to it's actual age, as found at an estate sale.  It looks like the tip has been protected by a rubber end that I'm not sure is original to the cane.  This thing is cool and looks nice. There are minor scratches here and there as expected with its age.  Note the condition in all pics. Selling as found. I can provide more ...pictures by request.
