EXTREMELY RARE ANTIQUE 1906 STEIFF DONKEY ON METAL WHEELS . Condition is Used. 12 1/2" X 11 1/2" TALL. ADORABLE EARLY STEIFF DONKEY. HE HAS BOTH BOOT BUTTON EYES AND ORIGINAL METAL WHEELS . HIS BODY IS STUFFED WITH STRAW. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES AS TO HIS CONDITION. I'D LEAVE AS IS HE SHOWS WEAR AND TEAR THAT YEARS OF LOVE AND PLAY HAVE IMPARTED. I HAVE RESEARCHED THIS PIECE, HE DOES HAVE THE EAR BUTTON, AND ALSO THE SADDLE HAS THE NAME STEIFF. THIS DATES HIM TO C1906. I COULD... ONLY FIND TWO EXAMPLES ON THE INTERNET. THEY WERE IN BETTER CONDITON, BUT NOT PERFECT. ONE SOLD $600+ AND THE OTHER $800+.
