Original Description:
Vintage Plasticville Hospital (HS-6), with White Sides, Blue Roof, and Light Gray Trim in Excellent condition.  Front door canopy is missing one pin but does not affect assembly or appearance.  Both pins on the front door steps are intact.  Includes 2nd floor cardboard insert.
Comes with blue, 1st issue box, which has seen better days.  Box has significant interior and exterior tape and would be graded in Poor condition.
