Dress has smocked bust and back, Crochet straps and bust detail and 6 tiered gradual flare skirt. Slips over head with no closures. Not sure if factory or hand made done well but no tags. skirt is lined.Condition Wearable condit...ion but does show signs of ageThe fabric is very soft and broken in like your favorite cotton bandana.Crochet straps look stretched out I think it most likely would have had empire waist originally Bust smocking still has stretch but may have been tighter originally Crochet strap near underarm has come undone
