Nice looking barn find IHC F4 antique tractor magneto. This magneto should be correct for Farmall F12, F14, F20, and F30 tractors. 4 cylinder with clock-wise CW rotation. It is very greasy and I have only cleaned off the area with the Model and serial number listed on the base if it. The armature turns and the impulse snaps nice. The timing lever moves nice as well, but is worn through where the lever attaches to it. It can possibly be repaired, or find a different cover if u want. It ...seems like a decent magneto to me. I have not had any covers off of it. It may have spark after a good cleaning, oiling, and filing the points. Great to have as a spare or have rebuilt.
