This is a QVC return new in box.  I have looked it over and the only flaw I see is a crack in paint around the neck.  This won't be noticeable since the ribbon will cover it when tied in a bow around... the neck.  The ribbon is still unopened so i didn't unroll it.
This could be used year round if you just change out the ribbon!  Free Shipping!!
