Original Description:
This is a lovely heavy bronze Japanese - the inside has nice patina and the exterior is decorated with a mass of different raised flowers (chrysanthemuns and lots of different sized daisies).   Some of the flowers are gilded - and the underneath is silvered with a diamond shaped mark in the middle.  It measures 11.5cm diameter, 8.5cm tall, 6.5cm diameter base.   I have no idea what it would have been used for - it came from the house of a couple who travelled a...ll over the world and a lot of their things were Japanese.
