Cold Steel Recon Tanto Combo Taiwan made knife up fo bid.  Restoration project. I spent a lot of time on this one.  All black coating has been removed on the blade,   lock bar, back spacer and clip.  Blade has been sharpened by me on the Wicked Edge system. Shiny polished edge.  Polished blade looks good but not perfect by any means.  Serrations are worn and a bit messed up but sharp.  Smooth action with polished brass pivot washers. Handles are nice ...and clean.  Great user knife.  I don't know what the blade steel is.  Early model.triad lock! This one makes me appreciate cold steel knives ..
