This belonged to my grandmother. Everything seems to be in good shape, the flowers are all in tact, the gold trim looks good, and there was never anything inside of the decanter itself - not sure if you'd even want to use it for that purpose, it's more decorative. No one smoked in her home in over 30 years, and this was behind glass the entire time. Any other questions, feel free to ask.
