Marx O - Gauge 8 - Wheel 5545 CB&Q Plastic Flatcar W/ Erie Girder Load

Marx O-gauge 8-wheel #5545 CB&Q plastic flatcar with white lettering, F-type trucks, cast wheels, plastic fork couplers, and an Erie girder as a load. "Erie" stamped onto one side of the girder only. Both brake wheels are broken off, and the rubber tie-down is missing. One of the plastic buttresses on the underside of the frame is melted and deformed as shown by the photos, which may be a molding defect that occurred at the factory. No other breaks or damage to the flatcar or to th...e girder that I can see, though there is what looks to be some white paint on one corner of the girder as shown in the photos. The flat has light to moderate wear and scratching, while the girder has only light wear. Call the flat VG or bit better, and the girder low VG plus.

Returns: I will gladly refund your money if I make a mistake in describing something. But please make sure you really want the item before you bid. I do not give returns if a buyer simply changes his or her mind, deciding after the fact that they don't want an item.
