Someone matched a new lid with it but the salt box is antique. Salt box can be hunt on the wall and it is flat on back. There are a couple of manufacturing lines on either side that don't ...penetrate through. A beautiful Country Farmhouse piece. It measures 5 3/4" tall by 6" across and other than the lines I mentioned before it is in excellent condition.
