Hard plastic head, torso, and legs. Vinyl arms and skull cap. Jointed at neck, shoulders, elbows, knees, and hips. Blue plastic sleep eyes with synthetic fiber upper lashes, painted lower lashes, and painted eyebrows. Closed red painted mouth and slight pink blush on cheeks. Pink painted fingernails and pink blush on back of hands and knees. Auburn synthetic hair rooted in vinyl skull cap with peach satin ribbon headband. Wearing an original Sweet Sue... peach-colored taffeta dress with sheer ivory cotton sleeves, collar, and yoke embroidered in ivory and pink and trimmed in ivory lace. Skirt is trimmed with ivory ribbon embroidered with pink, silver, and green flowers. Also wearing a vintage pink taffeta petticoat with pink tulle ruffle along the bottom, vintage ivory under pants, ivory rayon socks, and black velveteen shoes with open backs, straps, buckles, and cutouts. Stand is not included.
