Original Description:
Antique Wood Lap Travel/Writing Desk Has Green Velvet Slope covering Measures (11" x 9")Some scratching and water marks on exterior.  Interior has inkwell stains and some rubbing/wear/staining & scratching of green velvet.  Lock appears to have been broken, box doesn't shut completely.  There is a key, but it does not turn the lock (not sure if the lock is broken or if the key is not original).  Includes inkwell, 2 writing pens/quills (1 plastic, ...1 wood), and a handwritten letter.Only item with a mark is the wood quill, which lists "AMERICAN PENCIL CO N.Y."Obtained from an estate sale in central Minnesota in July 2019.
