Vintage 7 1/2 " Blonde Vogue Doll Ginger? Red & White Striped Dress

I can't find any markings on the doll to confirm what doll this is, but judging from the size, hairstyle and face, and the fact that she's dressed in Vogue Doll clothing (see photo of tag), I'm guessing she's a Ginger. I also had someone message me that she's not a Ginny as I had originally thought, but a Ginger. Red and white striped pinafore-style dress with attached slip and velveteen ribbon border, dotted Swiss puffed sleeves, removable netting apron with velveteen sash and ...bloomers. Shoes are tie-on sateen. She's a hard plastic straight leg walker with sleep eyes, but you must manually close her eyes, they do not close on their own.
