Vintage 1940 ' S Steel Delivery Wind Up Car

Not sure if this is Marx or Wyandotte 9 " long 3" wide and 2 1/2 tall windup does not work. Car unknown maker windup also does not work but with some work and oil they may both work, car size is 7'' x 3'' and 2 1/2'' tall. No bids from Alaska, Hawaii or foreign countries with out prior message so that correct postage can be added.
