Tiny antique baby or child's ring, 10K yellow gold, with bezel set oval faceted stone in amethyst purple color, we're not sure if natural stone or just glass, marked 10K inside the shank, see close up photo, approximately a size 1-1/2, the opening measures approximately 1/2" in diameter, weighs .6 of a gram, very sweet, good condition, previously owned, from the estate of a retired antique dealer.
