Original Description:
Up for bids is a vintage Heddon Crab Wiggler Series 1800 wood fishing lure with a 3 3/4 inch body. The piece has glass eyes, a "U" shaped metal lip marked "Heddon Dowagiac", variable line tie, and two treble hooks. The paint has crazing/cracks/chipping. I have made no effort to clean the piece and will leave that up to the winning bidder if desired. The lure was first introduced around 1915 with the hardware on this one indicating it is likely one of the early lures.
