These used to be given by Mattel to top executives during the Holiday season but unfortunately for collectors and employees this practice has gone by the wayside very nice piece! The Custom Otto was the car that was part of the original HW Pkg Graphics but never became an actual casting until the 40th Anniversary in 2008. This will come in a redline protector.
