Sold as New with No returns or Refund.The box is in almost new condition but has a light odor from years of storage in my closet ( non smoking home )The model car does NOT have any odor what so ever.So if you plan to display the model car, I do not see any issue with that.There is No water damage , in case you thought it might have gone through a flood.
