Vintage 1950 ' S US MARINES USMC Named, Stenciled, 100 Cotton SWEATSHIRT

We have owned and sold sweatshirts made in the 1950's, and this one looks like them, the fabric and the overall look, so we are guessing it was also made in the 1950's. Pic # 8 that shows the inner side of the fabric is indicative this is a 100% cotton material, as it should be.
The print was made with water based ink, that penetrates the fabric and almost does not change the surface, so you can barely "feel" the print when touching it (oil based inks leave an easy to feel sur...face).
There is no labels or any maker information on this piece, and no original size.
When flat on a desk, it measures as follows:
- 24" across the chest, pit to pit'
- 26" from collar seam to edge of cuff (notice they are raglan sleeves);
- 21" collar seam to edge of waistband along the back.
The sleeves have shortened because of washing-drying, so please be aware of that and make sure you are certain these are shortened sleeves before committing to buy.
