If buying just one item you can pay immediately and do not have to wait for an invoice. Combine shipping is calculated based on the actual shipping cost plus $1 for the first listing and 50 cents for each listing thereafter for s&h. No 50 cents s&h charge for any listing purchased for the "Buy It Now Price". For winning bidders and buyers outside the United States 1. I accept only Pay Pal for payment. 2. I ship regular first class air mail only unless weight over 4 pounds then must ship faster but more expensive priority mail. 3. Custom Forms will be completed by law for the cost of the item purchased and will be marked on the appropriate custom form as merchandise or other. It is not a gift. 4. International mail sent first class and priority does not allow for tracking so I can provide you only with the custom forms number assigned to the package if you request it.
