This is a collectible Fontanini 5 inch nativity group of creche figures from Italy.

These pieces are perfect to start a collection or to augment any missing pieces.
The pieces are Mary, Baby Jesus, two shepherds, three wise men, a cow, and a donkey.
These are done with the traditional Fontanini muted jewel tone colors and are beautifully done. Fontanini uses hand carved pieces to create molds in which a h...igh quality polymer resin is used to make the final pieces. Beautiful quality!
These are in excellent condition, and have no issues with them that I can see except for the finger on the kneeling shepherd seems to be partially missing (very small detail - see pictures).
Fontanini comes in three basic sizes, these are the 5" and range from kneeling figures at about 4 1/4" tall and the tall shepherd and lamb at 5 1/2".
These will be perfect to start a collection or to replace missing pieces. There are so many characters to add to these, you could create a large scene over time.
The lines on these pieces flow beautifully and provide an eye catching, fun accent in any room.
