Tiny rubber bands used to secure items from manufacturer are commonly broken during transit. If item is deboxed and there is damage such as color transfer from clothing or packaging, or if the product has electronic or mechanical parts that no longer work I will not refund. NRFB items are to remain NRFB. We acquire our items from various sources. We do not know the history of these items. Used items are used not expected to be new. They will not have the sales tags and might have imperfections that may not be all mentioned in the description.
