International Silver Silverplated Scalloped Serving Dish
This is marked "I.S." and has a symbol of a hand swinging a hammer-see pics-I think it means some of it was hand-wrought. You be the judge. It is a magnificent scalloped serving dish with dolphin feet-see pics-and much detail in the bowl. No issues except I polished it for pictures, but you might want to do it again.
It has great detail, wonderful dolphin feet, and much detailing on bowl-really look ...at all of the pictures.
