VINTAGE BARBIE MOD A FRAME DREAM HOUSE W/TONS OF FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES EXC N/C
US ONLY AUCTION UNLESS PRIOR APPROVALUSPS HAS RAISED RATES AGAIN Wow, I would say that this set is near complete plus extras. The house is in nice shape with some light wear and a few of the windows in back don't ...want to stay in, but still have their pegs, so may require some work there. The house itself is complete with the window boxes, closet, balcony. I did not put the side window boxes in for fear of breaking off the little pegs, so I will leave that to the new owner, but they are in great shape and still have their pegs. The beam/pole covers are there, with a few having some cracking/breakage from age. Until I take it apart to ship, I will not know how many have cracks, but it looks good. There are more than enough flowers and more than I could put in the flower boxes with extra pegs. The fridge had the usual broken off top peg, but my husband fixed it so it opens and closes. I believe most, if not all food is there. A couple labels are gone and a few stickers are coming up, but there is tons of it. The table set is complete with pots/pans on the hutch. One of the hutch corners is broken. One of the chairs has a cross piece missing on it, so it is a little loose but staying together. There are 2 beds with different bedding, but the same bed. The tv tabs where the pole goes inside the hole are broken off, but the Tv does stand fine. The orange table is missing part of the mirror. The tub is missing some parts. The colors of this set are so pretty and I have added some extra rugs, throws, etc. that make it even pop more. The tv nightstand might be missing a base, not sure. There may be some discoloration of items from age and may show light play wear, but overall in nice shape. I have wiped the house and items down, but there is some light dust/soil in crevices that you may want to clean further. There are a few little dots on the house, but nothing major. This set will be sent in 2 boxes Fed Ex. Will need to be sent with signature confirmation and insurance. I cannot send this house assembled, as it would be way to expensive, so please do not ask me. I cannot send this house out of the US either, so please do not ask, also too expensive. I will send a copy of the instructions for putting it back together. Please look at all photos and enlarge them for further details.Please be sure to look at all the photos, since they are part of the description and enlarge them for more details. If you have any questions, please email them to me prior to bidding. If items are $50 or over, I include insurance in the shipping price. Items are used and all items are sold as is. Please do not pay for the items separately if you want combined shipping. Ebay and Paypal both charge me fees on shipping costs and/or transaction fees, thereby costing me an extra 60 cents to $1.00 for each transaction, so this amount will be deducted from your refund if you want combined shipping cost after you already paid each item separately. Also, if you want a refund after paying each transaction, you will need to request it. I cannot keep track of multiple purchases being purchased on an individual basis.
