WW 2, ORIGINAL 101st AIRBORNE DIVISION, 907th GLIDER FIELD ARTILLERY BATTALION COLLAR INSIGNIA, CLUTCH BACK, MADE BY N. S. MEYER. NAMED TO COLONEL HUGH MOSLEY WHO COMMANDED THE 326th AIRBORNE ENGINEERING BATTALION DURING WORLD WAR II.
Exc cond WWII collar insignia for the 907thGlider Field Artillery Bn. The 907th was assigned to support the 501st PIR ofthe 101st Abn during WWII. Pin is clutchback w/smooth face clutches, solid andhas the hallmark of NS Meyer (shield at lower left&nb...sp;and "MeyerMetal" at upper right).This along with the 501st PIR, 502nd PIR, and 321st GFAB pins, also on auction, are from the estate of a Col Hugh Mosley who was the commander of the 326th AbnEng Regt during WWII.
