I have a beautiful contemporary Chinese hand carved white Jade/Stone beads bracelot - from my father-in-law's Chinese jade/hardstone collection. He died over forty years ago and this is one of his collection of several thousand items.The Chinese have used a variety of Jade/Stone types for over 7000 years, producing weapons, work implements, buckles, dress adornments, funeral burial pieces for use in the after life, necklaces, pendants, statues, good luck charms, offerings to the gods..., and pieces of ornamental beauty.Jade in it's many forms was highly valued in Chinese society.Here we have a very contemporary simple bracelet which will be of interest to many ladies out in eBay land. It weighs 110 grams and is comprised of 12 equal sized 16mm diameter beads on an elasticated band.
