The Set itself is in good condition and can be assembled with no problems. Backer cardboard is a bit stained from the years but everything else is great. Includes all accessories and pieces shown in the photo as well as 3 figures. Missing some pieces to make the play set complete such as another candle and there may be one more item but is very clos...e to complete.
