Kirk is being sold "as is" with no returns. This nearly impossible to find DST figure is still nicely protected inside his original packaging with his all original accessories. This Screaming Kirk is the rarest of all Diamond Select Star Trek figures. In fact, I can't find him MOC anywhere else on the internet right now. So, he'...ll make a great addition to any Star Trek Collection. Packaging shows some shelf wear over time and has some separation on the bubble, but the figure is Mint and has never been removed.
