BBi Elite Force 1/6 US ARMY 101st AIRBORNE PARATROOPER Corporal Bud Norris 12 "
Item History & Price
BBi Elite Force 1/6 Scale US ARMY 101st AIRBORNE PARATROOPER Corporal Bud Norris 12" Action Figure2002
One very fine figure indeed. But Norris was released by BBi in 2002 and was a top notch figure, from the sculpting to the detailing. I find the head resembles Jean-Claude Van Damme.Jean-Claude Van DammeHe comes with a ton of gear so please see all the photos as I probably can't name everything right.
All the gear he is wearing is what came wit...h the boxed item BBi released in 2002.
Not sure what he is worth--I've tried to do some research and can't find much on him. If my asking price seems to high please make a reasonable offer and I will certainly consider it.
HISTORY: Originally nicknamed the Eagle Division for the Eagle on their shoulder patch, the 101st US Army Airborne late became famous as the "Screaming Eagles". As part of the invasion of France on June 6th, 1944 the 101st was deployed before the waterborne invasion to secure the beachhead exits against the German reinforcements. Thus they were among the first US Forces to see action in the D-Day operation. The 101st were also involved in other significant operations such as Operation Market Garden in Holland, 1944 and the Battle of the Bulge in December of that year.
Some details of the items he is carrying--not everything for sure.
