This item’s detail description lists below: Condition – This statue was carefullyinspected before listing; it is in great condition. I have found no damage, orrepair.... The face of Kwan-yin has a tiny line near the lip. It is outermaterials attached it during the kiln firing. If you have question, place askbefore you place a bid. DistinguishCharacteristics – This circa 1900s white andgolden glaze Kwan-yin porcelain, made at Dehua in the Fjuian province. Thistype of porcelain has been produced from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) to thepresent day; the large quantities arrived in Europe during the 18thcentury. The special characteristic of Dehua porcelain is its very small amountof iron oxide that allows the porcelain to be fired in an oxidizing atmosphereto “milk white”. The special part of thisstatue is it constructed by golden glaze and Blanc de Chine. It is specialeffect of golden glaze with red patches pigment for uniqueness. The Kwan-yin statueis handcrafted with extremely detail of facial feature, delicate fingers, ruyiand standing on a legendary animal, dragon turtle. On the upper back of statue, there are the seals of the artist. Measurements– The statue measuresapproximately 22¼" tall, 8" between its widest points, and withweight of 12 lb. With inner and outer boxes, the total weight will over 30 lbs. Payment – PayPal is preference. The product will be shippedafter the payment is received and cleared to our account.
