This antique metal bank says: "THE MONTREAL CITY AND DISTRICT SAVINGS BANK" in red. Probably a give away for opening a new account. Coin slot and handle on the top. Says "MONNAIE COIN ONLY". On the side there is a hole for inserting bills. On the bottom there are the numbers 102689. Seems in good condition with some scratches and minor rust, in particularly on the handle. No visible cracks, holes or repairs. Missing the key. M...easures approximately 4-3/8" x 2-3/8" x 3-5/8".
